Step 1: Create a Gmail Address

If you haven’t created a Gmail address yet, please do so before purchasing one of our subscription plans. Once you're ready, click the link provided to visit the subscriptions page on our website.

Step 2: Purchase a Subscription and Access the Dashboard

Once you’ve purchased a subscription plan and received access to our Dashboard, proceed to the next step. Click the “Access Dashboard” button on the homepage of our website (LINK). You’ll be redirected to our secure subscription portal.

Here’s what our secure subscription portal will look like:

Step 3: Review and Grant Permissions

Scroll down until you see the “REVIEW PERMISSIONS” button.

If you are accessing your portal for the first time, it may prompt you to review and grant the necessary permissions to Trading Bot Bank to read your account details (such as your Gmail address). This is necessary to ensure that only authorized clients are accessing our secure portal.

Click the “REVIEW PERMISSIONS” button.

Select the account you used when subscribing to our services.

On the following screen, click “Continue” to proceed.

On the following screen, click “Allow” to proceed.

Then, you will be taken to the Dashboard, where you can manage your subscriptions.

Heads up! 🔸 Note: Each subscription is valid for 1 user, 1 gmail address, and 1 trading pair at a time.
If you want to run bots on multiple trading pairs, you'll need additional subscriptions using different gmail addresses.
Alternatively, if you want to use the same gmail address for a different trading pair, you must cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one.

👉 So be sure to choose your trading pair carefully on the Dashboard — it’s based on your Binance Futures wallet balance.

🔐 How to Connect Your Binance Account to Our Dashboard

To manage your subscription and activate the trading bot, you'll need to connect your Binance account using an API Key and Secret Key. This allows the bot to interact with your Binance Futures wallet only — nothing else.

⚠️ Important: The API key should have only Futures trading permissions enabled. Do not enable withdrawal or any other permissions for security reasons.

Step 1: Log in to Binance

Visit Binance.com and log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to API Management

Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Note: Depending on Binance's latest UI, this option may also appear in the left-hand navigation bar.

Click on “API Management.”

Keep the box unchecked.

Step 3: Click Create API without checking the box.

Choose API Key type as System Generated.

Click Next:

• Give your API a label (e.g., TradingBotBank).
  
  
  

• Click Next and Create API.
  
  
  

• Complete any required security verification steps (email, 2FA, etc.).

Step 4: Edit API Restrictions

• Once your API is created, you’ll see the API Key and Secret Key.
  👉 Copy and save these securely — Binance will not show the Secret Key again.
  
  
  

• Under API restrictions, uncheck everything except:
  
  
  

• ✅ Enable Futures
  
  
  

• ❌ Do NOT enable spot trading, withdrawals, or any other permissions.
  
  
  

• ⚠️ Important:

• Do NOT enable the IP whitelist option. (In IP access restrictions, select Unrestricted (Less Secure).)

Our system runs on AWS, which may rotate server IPs. Enabling this feature can lead to service interruptions and prevent your bot from working properly.

🧩 Step 5: Enter Your Keys on the Dashboard

1. Log in to your Dashboard on our website.
   
   

2. Go to the “Manage Trading Bot Bank Subscriptions” section.
   
   

3. ✅ Select your trading pair carefully, based on your Binance Futures wallet balance.
   
   

4. Paste your Binance API Key and Binance Secret Key into the form, then click Submit.

Note: After clicking Submit, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your subscription was successful. It may take up to one week for your first trade to execute and appear on your Binance Futures trading platform. If you don’t see a trade after one week, please contact us so we can diagnose and resolve any issues.

🛡️ Security Reminder

• We never request withdrawal permissions.
  
  

• Your API credentials are securely encrypted and used only for authorized operations on Binance Futures.
  
  

• You can delete or regenerate your API key on Binance at any time.
  
  

⚠️ Important:
If you unsubscribe from the Dashboard, delete your API key on Binance, or if your payment period ends, your subscription will be automatically canceled on our platform. To resume service, you’ll need to create a new API key (if deleted) and purchase a new subscription.

🌐 Alternate Access Method

You can also access the Dashboard using the link sent to your Gmail inbox after purchasing a subscription.

📌 Make sure you are signed into the same Gmail account you used during checkout.

Once authenticated, you'll see the “REVIEW PERMISSIONS” screen.

Complete the permissions process, and the Dashboard will appear.
